Leisure Travel Consultant – Luxury Travel Specialist

About the role

As a Leisure Travel Consultant you will turn clients’ travel dreams into reality, designing bespoke luxury vacations from Maldives honeymoons to African safaris. You will work with warm leads from an established client base, focusing on relationship building and delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate personalised itineraries for leisure and luxury travel clients.
• Provide expert destination advice and insider tips.
• Manage the full reservations process, from input to output, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, meeting sales targets.
• Interpret contracts and handle travel documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leisure or luxury travel consulting.
• Strong communication skills with warmth and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible, shift‑based hours.
• Passion for travel and discovery.

Required skills

• Travel and Tourism Certificate.
• GDS experience – Amadeus preferred.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good geographical knowledge and contract interpretation.
