About the role
We are seeking a driven Omnichannel Sales Representative to manage and grow our omni‑channel customer accounts. The role focuses on building strong relationships with online and marketplace partners, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless execution across all digital sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow omni‑channel customer accounts and wholesale partners.
- Drive sales growth through regular account reviews, promotional planning, and performance analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor weekly sales performance, sell‑through, stock levels, and identify replenishment opportunities.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, imagery, and information across platforms.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal trading activities.
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to manage stock flow and customer orders.
- Analyse sales data and provide regular reporting and insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the omni‑channel and e‑commerce space.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues efficiently and professionally.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate.
- 2–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in retail, fashion, footwear, apparel, or e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of omni‑channel retail and online marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
