Learning Administrator – Two Positions in Sishen & Kolomela

About the role

We are looking for two Learning Administrators to join our Global Shared Services People Services team. The roles are based in Sishen and Kolomela and will support the delivery of learning services, ensuring employees have the skills needed to provide exceptional HR support across Anglo American and De Beers business units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) courses for facilitator‑based and computer‑based training, including new course creation, amendments and classroom scheduling.
• Manage SAP qualification records – create new qualifications, process amendments, and handle renewals.
• Process course nominations, participant registers and attendance registers, both in bulk and individually.
• Verify course approvals and qualification renewals, and resolve related queries.
• Generate learning reports and support scheduled audits to ensure system and process integrity.
• Participate in incident management, troubleshooting system errors and addressing person/qualification issues.
• Transfer knowledge to junior Learning Administrators and close gaps identified in audit findings.

Required profile

• Experience administering a Learning Management System and SAP qualification maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume data processing.
• Familiarity with service level agreements and audit procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Sishen or Kolomela and collaborate with a distributed team.
