About the role
Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, is looking for an Internal Sales Controller to support the sales team from their Durban office. The role focuses on handling order enquiries, issuing pro‑forma invoices and promoting the product catalogue to existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming order enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare and send pro‑forma invoices to customers.
- Distribute product catalogues and actively sell the company’s packaging solutions.
- Process received orders accurately in the internal system.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, proactive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of R24 000 – R28 000.
