Intern Architect – 1 Year Fixed‑Term Internship

About the role

SAOTA is offering a 12‑month internship for recent Architecture graduates. The role provides hands‑on experience across all design phases on international projects, combined with extensive training and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear technical drawings and 3D models using industry software.
• Assist with research, data compilation, and documentation from feasibility through construction documents.
• Create graphic support for presentations, including diagrams and renderings.
• Support project teams in addressing technical challenges and ensuring design intent is met.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, architects of record, and clients under supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Architectural Technology or equivalent degree.
• Strong interest in architectural design and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage confidential information, and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Revit.
• Proficiency with modelling software (e.g., 3D modeling tools).
• Hand‑drafting abilities.
