Inbound Sales Representative – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking confident, motivated individuals to join our inbound sales team in Somerset West. You will handle incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings within the hospitality and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Manage reservation details accurately.
• Work rotational 8‑hour shifts between 13:00 and 23:00.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or travel reservations.
• Proven sales ability and strong communication skills.
• Neutral accent and PC literacy.
• Own transport and willingness to work flexible shifts.

What we offer

• Salary range R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
