In-House Talent Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Recruitment Revenue is seeking a proactive In‑House Talent Sourcer to help scale its internal sales team. You will focus on identifying and engaging high‑performing candidates for Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) positions, building a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates for SDR, BDR, and other internal roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Write and publish compelling job ads that attract top talent.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial outreach and maintain candidate engagement.
• Update candidate tracking systems and sourcing dashboards.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve quality and speed.
• Promote the employer brand through content and outreach.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing (in‑house or agency).
• Proven track record sourcing sales and operations talent.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
