ICQA Supervisor – Fulfillment Centre

About the role

The ICQA Supervisor leads a shift team in a Fulfillment Centre, ensuring that customer orders are processed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You will work closely with managers and line operators to meet and exceed operational plans while fostering an engaging work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture a safety culture by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality guidelines.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift based on the latest plan.
• Remove barriers that impact shift performance and drive proactive actions.
• Collaborate with support functions to address issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Perform hands‑on operational tasks within the department to support order fulfillment.
• Coach line operators on productivity, quality, and safe behaviours.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise on all processes in the assigned department.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 lb and stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
