About the role
The Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator provides comprehensive HR administrative support and coordinates onboarding, internal movements, and payroll‑related processes for Danone. The role acts as the single point of contact for new joiners, movers and leavers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees at all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for end‑to‑end onboarding of permanent staff, temps, contractors, expats and affiliates.
- Draft employment letters, contracts and dummy payslips; send and collect all required documentation from new hires.
- Arrange entry medicals, coordinate site access and liaise with relevant departments.
- Work with the Talent team to include new hires in induction programmes.
- Facilitate logistical onboarding, including CLIO calls, ID issuance and onboarding forms.
- Coordinate working tools and vehicle allocations with line managers and supporting departments.
- Manage system requirements in Share and SAGE300, perform checks and approvals.
- Load changes into HR Premier and ensure alignment with Share data.
- Verify completion of compulsory policies and onboarding plans for each new employee.
- Coordinate internal movements, promotions, secondments and contract extensions, drafting related letters and updating systems.
- Assist HR Business Partners with expat moves, position requisitions and CTC modeler updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests.
- Attention to detail in handling documentation and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with onboarding, payroll and internal mobility processes.
