Technical Recruiter – Generalist & Talent Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter who will own full-cycle recruitment for mid- to executive-level positions while also acting as a strategic sourcer for the wider team. This remote, flexible-hours role supports a fast-paced environment and focuses on building high-quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of mid to executive-level positions across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
• Write compelling job ads and design recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct screening interviews, present shortlists, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Proactively source passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, etc.).
• Support team recruiters on hard-to-fill roles by delivering high-quality talent pipelines.
• Maintain and optimise talent pools for key verticals and future hiring needs.
• Share market insights and candidate intelligence with hiring teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record sourcing and recruiting for high‑end, hard‑to‑fill or executive roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
