About the role
The Head of Total Rewards MEA will lead the design, implementation and management of compensation, benefits and recognition programs across the region. This senior leadership position is responsible for aligning reward strategies with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global compensation planning, annual reviews, salary planning, incentive programs and job architecture.
- Support the localisation of a globally aligned compensation framework to ensure consistency, transparency and scalability.
- Partner with regional Total Rewards leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to balance global consistency with local market needs.
- Provide advisory support to senior leaders on pay decisions, incentive design, job evaluations and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Maintain robust governance frameworks, controls and documentation for reward processes.
- Drive operational efficiency, automation and simplification of compensation and recognition activities.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in total rewards, compensation or benefits at a regional or global level.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills across Finance, HRIS, Legal, Payroll and business units.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
