Handyman – Maintenance Technician

About the role

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Handyman to provide both planned and reactive maintenance across building infrastructure. You will ensure safe, efficient service delivery in line with Tsebo and Huawei standards, supporting a wide range of facilities management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Inspect and test electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC components to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align work with Huawei standards.
• Support overall facilities management objectives, contributing to cost reduction and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift equipment.
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
