Guest Experience Manager (Floor Manager) – Fourways

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager (Floor Manager) to lead the daily floor operations of a premium gourmet hybrid store in Fourways. The role combines hands‑on floor leadership with responsibility for delivering an energetic, memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all live day‑to‑day floor operations, ensuring operational efficiency and strong service flow.
• Maintain a constant visible presence on the sales floor, conducting detailed floor walks at the start, middle and end of each shift and hourly during trading periods.
• Ensure all departments meet operational, merchandising and presentation standards.
• Lead real‑time execution during peak periods and high‑pressure service environments.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee seamless operational flow and customer experience.
• Represent stockroom inventory appropriately on the sales floor and resolve operational issues proactively.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and support teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude, able to address staff concerns and workplace conflict professionally.
