About the role
We are seeking a dynamic front‑office receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Worcester office. The role combines client interaction with a range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial handling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office administration and greet clients professionally.
- Draft, format, and dispatch all formal correspondence.
- Process invoices, oversee debtor accounts, and handle petty cash.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal staff.
- Support day‑to‑day office functions and resolve routine issues.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Proven experience with formal correspondence, invoice processing, and debtor management.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial tasks.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, reliable team attitude.
