About the role

The upscale restaurant/bar in Menlyn is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead its front‑of‑house team. This role ensures a seamless guest experience in a high‑end, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relations and ensure high satisfaction.
• Supervise waitstaff and coordinate floor operations.
• Oversee bar operations, including stock control and basic bar management.
• Maintain smooth restaurant flow during peak periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a high‑end, fast‑paced bar or restaurant.
• Strong competence in front‑of‑house operations, bar management, and floor supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and thrive in a bustling environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Well‑spoken, presentable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work late hours.
