French‑Speaking Immigration Coordinator (Full‑time, Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Immigration Coordinator to join Fragomen’s Shared Services team in Johannesburg. The role supports our European offices and consultants by handling a variety of immigration administration tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications and support letters in French.
• Maintain and update client folders and Fragomen’s internal database.
• Upload case documents, government decisions and manage case audits.
• Communicate with authorities for case updates and advice.
• File applications on behalf of clients and organise documentation.
• Assist with additional projects as required.

Required profile

• High level French language proficiency (C‑level preferred, minimum B2).
• Strong administrative and data‑entry experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑moving environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent planning, time‑management and multi‑tasking capabilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
