Field Guide & Front of House Couple – Waterberg Lodge

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic couple to join a well‑established safari lodge in the Waterberg region of Limpopo. The pair will combine professional guiding with front‑of‑house service to deliver memorable guest experiences in a scenic bush environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide partner: lead engaging game drives and bush experiences, ensuring safety and educational value.
• Front‑of‑house partner: manage guest relations, reservations, daily lodge operations and overall service standards.
• Both partners: maintain high guest satisfaction, uphold lodge standards, and support a family‑friendly atmosphere.

Required profile

• Guide: FGASA Level 1 Guide qualification, PFTC First Aid Level 1 certification, valid driver’s licence with PrDP, previous experience at a 4‑star lodge, strong interpersonal skills.
• Front‑of‑house: prior front‑of‑house hospitality experience, computer literacy, strong admin and guest‑service abilities, ability to work effectively as a couple in a team‑driven environment.
