Facilities and Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of a commercial site in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and safely, while managing budgets and supervising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance activities.
• Manage facility operations and budgets.
• Supervise internal staff and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field.
