Foreman (Wet Trades) – Western Cape

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Foreman specialised in wet trades to lead daily on‑site operations in the Western Cape. The role involves supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring that residential construction projects are delivered on time, within quality standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site activities and manage the workforce.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure standards are met.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Report progress and issues to project management.

Required profile

• 5–8 years proven experience as a Wet Trade Foreman.
• Solid experience in residential construction and wet‑trade finishing.
• Strong leadership and site supervision abilities.
• Ability to manage teams, timelines and quality standards.
• Must reside in the Western Cape.
• Relevant qualifications such as NQF2, Red Seal Certificate or MBA are advantageous.
