About the role
We are seeking an Executive Voice Customer Service Representative to support providers with inquiries related to benefit plans, claims, and related topics. The role involves delivering accurate information, verifying eligibility, and ensuring clear communication through both written and verbal channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer provider questions regarding benefit plans and claims.
- Communicate effectively to gather additional information as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Verify eligibility and benefits for providers.
- Create grammatically correct, compliant written communications.
- Demonstrate active listening and clear verbal communication during calls.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Familiarity with benefit plans and claims processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
