About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support a US‑based home‑service CEO. This is not a traditional admin role – you will act as a mini‑CEO, driving sales, closing deals, and ensuring the business runs smoothly each week.
Key responsibilities
- Set appointments, conduct direct sales calls, and follow up relentlessly to close deals.
- Hire and coordinate service providers, manage dispatching, and oversee customer satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement new processes to expand the business.
- Track work hours using Hubstaff and maintain transparent reporting.
Required profile
- Fluent, clear, neutral English suitable for US homeowners.
- Proven sales or appointment‑setting experience with measurable results.
- Comfortable owning numbers and meeting performance targets.
- Available across all US time zones and able to work up to 50 hours per week, including Saturday mornings when needed.
- Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking.

What we offer
- Base pay starting at $1,000 per month, increasing with KPI achievement up to $1,400 per month.
- Performance bonuses of up to $400 per month.
- Remote work flexibility across the United States.
