About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to senior executives based in the UK, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment. Reporting to the EA Team Manager, you will work on a hybrid basis from Paarl, coordinating schedules, meetings and complex travel arrangements for a leading private‑equity firm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, organise meetings and prepare briefing materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas and accommodations.
- Prioritise competing requests and maintain efficient workflow for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑level support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
