DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to accelerate our cloud transformation journey. You will design, build, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure while embedding DevSecOps practices across the technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and optimise Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, administer and optimise containerised workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service and hybrid platforms.
• Manage Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB and Cache for Redis.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights and the ELK Stack.
• Support serverless workloads with Azure Durable Functions.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents to minimise business disruption.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing Azure cloud environments.
• Strong background in automation, IaC and CI/CD implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and security teams to embed DevSecOps principles.
• Experience delivering reliable, high‑performance technology solutions.
