Data Analytics Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analytics Support Specialist to bridge raw data and business decisions. The role combines analytics, visual storytelling, and platform engineering, supporting end‑to‑end workflows from data ingestion to model operationalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Document, optimise and maintain analytics workflows across ingestion, transformation and reporting layers.
• Design and deliver clear visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
• Assist in deploying, monitoring and versioning machine‑learning models with platforms such as MLflow, SageMaker or Vertex AI.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data and ML workflows and support containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Help manage cloud‑based data infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure, applying IaC principles with Terraform or Pulumi.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with Python for data manipulation.
• Proven ability to understand, document and improve multi‑step analytics pipelines.
• Experience building and publishing dashboards on major BI platforms.
