About the role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will also act as a Sales & Onboarding Specialist. In this hybrid role you will guide new and existing clients through system demonstrations, support them to place their first order, and nurture both warm and cold leads.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live system demos and lead clients through the onboarding process.
- Facilitate the transition of new accounts to their first order.
- Manage and follow up on warm and cold leads provided by the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Implement bespoke workflows tailored to individual client needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Client‑focused with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with lead management tools.
What we offer
- Full‑time position (9‑5 schedule).
- Salary paid in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.
