Customer Excellence Champion

About the role

The Customer Excellence Champion is the primary point of contact for Lumenii’s external clients and internal teams. You will ensure a smooth, responsive, and professional experience across all talent‑management services, from onboarding to assessment delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day client interactions, including onboarding, scheduling training, assessments and post‑training sessions.
• Serve as the operational contact for client queries, tracking and delivering project deliverables on time.
• Prepare client documentation such as contracts, service level agreements and proposals.
• Administer and maintain client and candidate data on assessment platforms and the CRM, including account setup, report distribution and issue troubleshooting.
• Schedule and track accreditation training, issue certificates and CPD points.
• Log, prioritize and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels, escalating when necessary.
• Quality‑check assessments and deliverables, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in client support, coordination, operations or training administration.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of data‑handling confidentiality requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
