About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator/Agent to join our client’s automotive team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality post‑sale support, handling customer feedback, and ensuring smooth vehicle operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct follow‑up calls with customers after service, repairs, or vehicle sales.
- Capture and record Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
- Log and manage customer complaints in the CRM system, escalating critical issues to the CCSA.
- Monitor Vehicle Off Road (VOR) feedback, update regional lists, and distribute meeting notes.
- Maintain accurate filing, process departmental expenses, and support invoice submission.
- Track loaned trucks, ensure timely returns, and report any usage breaches.
- Assist the CCSA and Department Manager with additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Experience in transport, automotive, or fleet support.
- Own reliable transport.
- Team player with flexibility to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
