About the role
A well‑established financial services business in Centurion is seeking a Customer Call Centre Agent for a nine‑month fixed‑term contract. The position is based onsite and focuses on delivering telephone‑based client support while upholding the company’s service standards. The role offers the opportunity to work within a professional call‑centre environment and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- National Diploma in Communications, Customer Service or a related Call Centre qualification (or equivalent experience).
- At least two years of experience in a client‑service or help‑desk environment.
- Strong planning, organising and coordination abilities.
- Personal mastery and ethical decision‑making.
- Client‑service orientation with excellent listening skills.
- Proficiency in telephone etiquette and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to manage organisational administration tasks.
