Contracts Manager – Construction, Glass & Aluminium

About the role
Manage glass and aluminium construction projects from contract award through to completion, overseeing project delivery, site teams, budgets, quality, contracts and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery, site teams, budgets, quality, contracts and client relationships.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts or project management within construction.
- Direct experience in the glass and aluminium industry.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
Required skills
- Strong experience with façades, curtain walling, shopfronts, glass and aluminium installations.
- Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts, variations and claims.
- Project planning, cost control and client management expertise.
