About the role
We are seeking an experienced Professional Architect to join our team in Durban. The role is ideal for a technically strong individual who is confident on site and capable of guiding projects from tender through construction to close‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from tender preparation through construction and final close‑out.
- Coordinate consultants and contractors, managing site inspections and resolving technical issues.
Required profile
- SACAP‑registered Professional Architect with several years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical and construction documentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of JBCC contracts and contract administration.
- Experience handling tenders, RFIs, variations and site meetings.
- Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of delivery.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong technical and construction documentation skills.
