Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager oversees the company’s commercial operations, ensuring profitability, contract compliance, and strategic alignment. This position blends strong commercial insight with high‑level administrative and organizational capabilities to drive efficient processes and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that support company objectives.
• Manage client contracts, pricing structures, negotiations, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and cost control to maximize profitability and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate contract records, conduct risk assessments, and oversee mitigation measures.
• Coordinate commercial documentation, reporting, and record‑keeping systems across Finance, Operations, and Sales.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, pricing models, and financial performance tracking.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Lead and mentor commercial or administrative staff, allocating workloads and fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or administrative management.
• Proven track record in contract and financial management.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and high‑level administrative capability.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of contract management and compliance processes.
