Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales results and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Monitor store appearance, merchandising, and health‑and‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven track record of accurate stock taking.
• Strong leadership and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
