About the role

We are looking for two enthusiastic Cellular Consultants to join our retail team. In this role you will deliver cellular services and products to customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving profitability for the Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual contract targets to maximise Business Unit profitability.
• Promote contract‑based products and services to customers.
• Process contract applications in line with established procedures.
• Provide customer‑centric service and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates and manage own workload effectively.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of contract services and risk management.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and target‑driven mindset.
• Team‑oriented and customer‑service focused.
