Candidate Experience & Interview Process Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and personable professional to own the interview process for our recruitment operation that serves UK‑based employers. You will ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers from the first interview stage through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end interview process for candidates in the recruitment pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication on timelines, feedback, and next steps.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stages and maintain accurate interview documentation.
• Conduct initial screening calls when required and support onboarding for successful hires.
• Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure efficient interview progression.
• Identify and propose improvements to the candidate experience and interview efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, HR administration, talent operations, or onboarding support.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly personable with proven relationship‑building capabilities.
