About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive membership growth, expand corporate partnerships, and generate revenue through consultative sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑level B2B environment and is comfortable engaging with senior executives, CEOs, and board members.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and win new members, corporate programs, and professional training sales.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and hand‑over.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound activity and strategic account development.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives, board members, and key decision‑makers.
  • Leverage market intelligence to uncover commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct value‑based, consultative sales conversations focused on long‑term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage membership administration with accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and enhance customer experience.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, membership sales, or account management.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
  • Experience selling to senior executives, board members, or corporate stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, lean setting.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
