Business Development Manager - Gaming/Tech

About the role
This position is a remote Business Development Manager role focused on the gaming and technology sectors across the APAC region. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with internal creative, strategy and events teams to deliver customised solutions for globally recognised brands.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion in the APAC market.
- Manage the end‑to‑end business development lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
- Optimise sales operations by improving CRM workflows and lead management using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong track record of independently managing pipelines and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
