About the role
As a Business Consultant for the SMB segment, you will partner with small and medium‑size businesses to transform how they attract and hire talent through Pnet’s platform. You will play a key part in driving growth and delivering value to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques.
- Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking, upselling and contract renewal.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks and reporting in the CRM system.
- Continuously develop skills to improve productivity and results.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales track record.
- Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written articulation of solutions.
- Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
