Branch Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Consultant to join our team in Emalahleni. The role focuses on selling financial products, providing sound advice, and delivering excellent client service within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively market and sell a range of financial products, consistently meeting individual sales targets.
• Provide tailored financial advice to ensure product suitability and meet client needs.
• Manage client enquiries, policy queries and act as a trusted advisor for walk‑in and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain strict compliance with FAIS and FICA regulations and keep professional knowledge up‑to‑date through continuous development.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• RE5 Certification and a FSCA‑recognised qualification of at least 120 credits.
• FAIS compliance as required by DOFA.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Minimum one year of experience in marketing, sales or a client‑facing role; experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
