Associate Partner Manager – IoT & Telematics (Johannesburg)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Partner Manager to join a fast‑growing IoT business in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional in the early stages of their career who wants to deepen expertise in IoT, telematics, and fleet tracking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with partners, resellers, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Support logistics, transport, fleet, security, industrial, utilities, and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver SaaS and hardware‑enabled technology solutions.
• Assist partners in channel‑led sales motions and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, customer success, or partner support.
• Background in IoT, telematics, fleet or asset tracking, connectivity, SaaS, or hardware technology.
• Experience working with logistics, transport, fleet, or enterprise customers.
• Proactive, confident in customer engagement, and motivated to build a long‑term technology career.
