About the role
The Account Developer will join Coca-Cola Beverages Africa’s HORECA channel, working on a defined territory to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role is designed as a fast‑track pathway for future sales leaders, offering hands‑on experience in frontline execution and direct impact on business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop a territory within the HORECA channel.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Execute sales plans, promotions and brand initiatives on the front line.
- Utilise digital tools to capture data, track performance and optimise routes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the Coca‑Cola brand with professionalism and pride.
