Are you a high-performing recruiter with a passion for both talent acquisition and business development? Recruitpro Solutions is looking for a motivated and autonomous 360° Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Pretoria, driving excellence in the engineering sector.

Main Missions

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client acquisition to successful candidate placement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client prospecting and relationship building.
• Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates specifically within the engineering industry.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet future demands.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the end-to-end placement process to ensure satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
• Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with agency experience being mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
