About the role

Solareff is offering a 12‑month fixed‑term learnership as part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative. The programme provides young South Africans aged 18‑34 with hands‑on experience across administration, warehousing and technical functions within a dynamic company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks and office operations.
• Assist in warehousing activities, including inventory handling and stock management.
• Gain practical technical knowledge by working alongside experienced staff in various departments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to contribute to project delivery.

Required profile

• South African citizen aged between 18 and 34.
• Eligible for the Youth Employment Service (YES) programme.
• Motivated to acquire practical experience in administration, logistics or technical areas.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
