Zone Controller / Transport Controller

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Zone Controller / Transport Controller to manage and coordinate deliveries, collections and fleet operations in Bloemfontein. The role ensures smooth daily logistics, maintaining high standards of punctuality, security and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure on‑time courier collections and monitor delivery schedules.
- Re‑check and sort team shipments before dispatch.
- Hand over shipments, run sheets and scanners to couriers.
- Provide feedback on routes and load distribution to optimise efficiency.
- Follow up on proof‑of‑delivery documents, invoices, delivery/collection sheets and vehicle checklists.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain security of cargo, personnel and vehicles.
Required profile
- Fluent Afrikaans‑speaking female candidate.
- Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP) and a Code 10 driver’s licence.
- Minimum two years’ experience in the courier or logistics industry.
