Zoho Consultant

About the role

The Zoho Consultant helps clients maximise the value of their Zoho investment by providing solution consulting, implementation, support, and user enablement. You will work across the client lifecycle, from discovery to post‑deployment adoption, ensuring successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions, analyse requirements and recommend Zoho solutions; prepare demos, workshops and proposals.
• Configure and customise Zoho applications, build workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, forms and business processes; handle data imports, migrations, testing and deployment.
• Manage client support requests via ticketing, email or chat; troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate escalations.
• Deliver training for users and administrators, create user guides, knowledge‑base articles and support onboarding initiatives.
• Maintain Zoho certifications, stay up‑to‑date with product enhancements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience supporting, implementing or administering business software applications; client‑facing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Workflow automation and process design.
• Deluge scripting for Zoho applications.
• Configuration and customisation of Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Desk, etc.).
