Youth Success Coach (Remote)

About the role

Alpha Anywhere is looking for a motivated Youth Success Coach to mentor students in grades 3–8 worldwide. You will deliver high‑frequency, performance‑focused coaching sessions that accelerate learning and build confidence, all from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching appointments per student, focusing on academic target‑setting, drive, and mindset development.
• Host open “office hours” sessions for real‑time guidance, motivation, and problem‑solving.
• Use AI‑driven platforms and dashboards to monitor progress, identify obstacles, and adjust coaching strategies.
• Record observations, concerns, and tactical updates to ensure rapid student advancement.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to share techniques, flag issues, and continuously improve the coaching framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K‑8 students.
• Demonstrated high performance in academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts.
• Strong virtual presence with the ability to connect quickly over video platforms.
• Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance.
• Availability to work at least 70 % of hours between 7 am–10 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
