Youth Success Coach

About the role

Alpha Anywhere is looking for a Youth Success Coach to guide 3rd‑8th grade students worldwide toward accelerated learning and personal growth. This fully remote position blends AI‑driven academic insights with high‑impact mindset coaching to help students achieve measurable progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student, focusing on goal‑setting, motivation, and mindset development.
• Host open “office hours” for drop‑in support, encouragement, and problem‑solving.
• Leverage AI tools and dashboards to monitor student progress, identify obstacles, and refine coaching approaches.
• Record insights, concerns, and strategic adjustments to keep each student on an accelerated growth path.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to share strategies, escalate issues, and continuously improve the coaching framework.
• Drive quantifiable academic progress and engagement through high‑frequency, high‑impact mindset coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K‑8 students.
• Demonstrated high performance in academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts.
• Strong virtual presence with the ability to connect quickly via video conferencing.
• Comfortable using dashboards and technology tools to track and adjust performance.
• Availability to work at least 70 % of hours between 7 am–10 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
