Wills Sales Consultant (RE5/FAIS) – Pretoria East

About the role

The Wills Sales Consultant will engage prospective clients, understand their estate‑planning needs and promote the company’s wills services. The role combines client consultations, quote preparation and compliance with legal standards while working towards individual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate wills solutions.
• Generate accurate quotes, present them clearly and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling queries promptly and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure all documentation complies with RE5, FAIS and other regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal partners as needed.
• Track personal performance, report results to the Sales Manager and participate in daily team sessions.

Required profile

• Matric certificate with RE5 and FAIS qualifications (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management).
• At least 2 years of sales or call‑centre experience, preferably with short‑ and long‑term financial products.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
