About the role

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients, championing their needs within MH Solutions. You will build strong, trusted relationships, drive client engagement with our products, and support growth and renewal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of employer clients, serving as their main advocate across HR, payroll, finance and executive teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, handover and ongoing service delivery with implementation and operations teams.
• Maintain a structured engagement cadence, schedule regular meetings, site visits and account reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports, analysing registration, utilisation and transaction trends.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, drive employee activation campaigns and support renewal negotiations.
• Handle client escalations, ensure timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date as the single source of client information.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B client relationships, preferably in HR, payroll or related services.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client workforce structures and priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and recommend actions.
