Wholesale & Retail Facilitator

About the role

The Matlosana Campus is looking for a full-time Wholesale & Retail Facilitator on a 10-month contract. The postholder facilitates and monitors workplace practicals, ensures learners complete their performance outcome evidence, conducts assessments and supports the moderator and project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor workplace practicals
• Ensure learners complete and submit Performance Outcome Evidence (POEs)
• Conduct assessments
• Assist the moderator and project manager
• Work extra days during verification if expected

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate or NCV Level 4
• One year of experience in facilitation, assessment or teaching
• A qualified and preferably registered assessor for W&R Operations Level 2
• Knowledge of the Wholesale and Retail learnership is an added advantage
• Valid driver's licence

• Computer literacy
• Ability to lecture and facilitate in English
• Skills to align and deliver unit standard-based qualifications
• Strong business administrator skills
• Ability to work independently and meet timeframes

What we offer

• Salary of R244 884 per year, plus 37% in lieu of benefits
• 10-month full-time contract
