About the role
Rand Mutual Assurance is inviting unemployed South African citizens to join its 2027 learnership programme in Parktown, Johannesburg. Ten positions are advertised. The programme runs for 12 months and starts in January 2027, combining workplace development with skills, knowledge and experience for participation in the labour market.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in the 12-month learnership and workplace development.
- Build customer loyalty and contribute to team success.
- Manage assigned work and apply new skills.
Required profile
- Unemployed South African citizen.
- Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12).
- Willingness to learn, teamwork and applied learning.
- Time management, initiative and ability to cope with stress.
